Customer Support Programs: Account Level Support

Account Level Support (ALS) simplifies support contract management for our Enterprise customers. Customers can migrate multiple support and subscription contracts that expire on different dates into a single contract. We provide discounts on the total cost of support to customers that migrate to ALS. The discount is based on the total number of MetaInfo products owned.

ALS programs are available in 3 different levels:

ALS Platinum
Provides Software Subscription and Platinum Support for all MetaInfo products in the user's account with a single renewal date.

ALS Gold
Provides Software Subscription and Gold Support for all MetaInfo products in the user's account with a single renewal date.

ALS Subscription
Provides Software Subscription for all MetaInfo products in the user's account with a single renewal date.
